The companions should inform the nurse of any problems with their patients.
The companions must keep their accompanying ID cards permanently which are regulated accordingly the room number.
It is not appropriate for the companion to be present at the time of the patient's medical care, for his or her own health, and for patient confidentiality.
Service nurses should be informed about changing the companion.
